Dustin Wayne Hofer

Dustin Wayne Hofer, 45, died April 14, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, following complications from a brain tumor. Dustin is survived by his father, Patrick Hofer, brother Kirk (Jenny) Hofer, nephew Reed, and nieces Lauren and Grace. Dustin was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Hofer. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday April 23, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waukee, IA. Lunch reception immediately following the services.
